• School visit and data walk
    • First school visit includes walking the school with administrator(s) to notice key areas such as entry points, front office, bus area, pick-up/drop-off areas, gathering areas, meeting areas, and other points of pride of the school. Data is taken so that feedback can be given about utilization and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder surveys
    • Surveys will be given to the school to administer before the school visit to all stakeholder groups. These surveys will give baseline data to the groups, and will lead to the important conversations that will occur during the site visit and connections with the groups. These surveys can also be readministered after the initial work to show new strengths and even more opportunities.
  • Virtual and in-person connections with administrators, school leadership teams, student and caregiver groups
    • These connections will be vital to hearing the opinions and the points of pride from each group so that the important work of rallying your community around your school can occur.
  • Reports and discussions based on data and recommendations
    • These will then be discussed in a written report and in a follow up conversation with the administrator of the school. This will allow you to hear the amazing strengths of your school and what you can be “buzzing” about to your community. They will also show you opportunities for even more growth at your site.
  • Coaching, planning, and accountability partnering
    • After initial visits, connections, and recommendations… Buzzworthy can continue to help you stretch and grow with targeted areas chosen by you.
