Her extensive experience includes a decade as a classroom teacher, five years as an Associate Principal, and thirteen years as a Principal. Tawnya now focuses on transforming schools into vibrant, welcoming spaces where students are eager to learn, families feel deeply connected, and teachers and staff value strong family involvement.
