Tawnya is a wife and mother, but also a veteran educator with an impressive 28-year career dedicated to the lives of students. Her extensive experience includes a decade as a classroom teacher, five years as an Associate Principal, and thirteen years as a Principal. Tawnya now focuses on transforming schools into vibrant, welcoming spaces where students are eager to learn, families feel deeply connected, and teachers and staff value strong family involvement.
Her expertise is centered on partnering with leadership teams, parent organizations, students, and administrators to craft unique, impactful experiences tailored to each school’s needs.
